📖 Episode 4 — Raven and the Gentle Path

Theme: Small Brave Steps

Raven peeked out of the blanket fort.

Mama Salem was laying soft, colorful felt circles on the carpet—
one here, one there, one a little farther away.

“What are those?” Raven asked quietly.

“They’re gentle stepping stones,” Salem said.
“A path you can try, if you want.”

Raven’s tail flicked with curiosity.
A new game.

Willow stepped onto the first stone.
“It feels soft! See?” she said.

Raven watched.
Her tummy felt fluttery.

New things always made her tummy feel fluttery.

“You can watch first,” Salem said.
“Watching is part of learning.”

Raven sat down.
She watched Willow take three slow, careful steps.

Raven took a breath.

She touched the first stepping stone with one paw.
It felt warm and soft.

“One step is enough,” Salem said softly.

Raven stepped onto the first stone.

Then—
a second.

Her tummy fluttered less.
Her paws felt steadier.

Willow cheered.
“Raven! You did it!”

Raven smiled, small but proud.

Sometimes brave didn’t feel loud.
Sometimes brave felt like one quiet step.
